What Changed?

  • Clarified that TeenMillionairesClub.com and Teen Millionaires Club™ are operated by Readier Today™ LLC
  • Added SMS / text messaging terms, including consent, opt-out instructions, and carrier disclosures
  • Clarified that SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase
  • Aligned these Terms with our updated Privacy Policy, especially regarding communications and parental consent
  • Made minor updates for clarity as part of an ongoing rebrand

Welcome to Teen Millionaires Club™ (“TMC™”), a program and website operated by Readier Today™ LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, communications (including email and SMS), programs, and related services.

By accessing or using TMC™, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use TMC™

Teen Millionaires Club™ is intended for:

  • Teenagers, and
  • Parents or legal guardians, who are the primary decision-makers

If you are under 18, you may only use TMC™ with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for their teen’s participation.

2. Educational Purpose Only (No Financial Advice)

TMC™ provides educational information about finance, investing, and entrepreneurship.

  • We do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
  • Participation in TMC™ does not guarantee financial outcomes or success
  • Any decisions made based on information from TMC™ are your responsibility

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

3. Program Structure and Availability

TMC™ offerings may include:

  • Free newsletters, email updates, or SMS program messages
  • Online educational content
  • Live or recorded group sessions (for example, via Zoom)
  • Pilot programs or cohort-based learning experiences

Program content, schedules, and availability may change over time.

4. Accounts, Communications, and Participation

To participate, you may be asked to provide:

  • Parent or guardian contact information
  • Teen name, age, email address, and optional mobile phone number

You agree that:

  • Information provided is accurate
  • Teen participation occurs with parental knowledge or consent
  • Communications sent to teen email addresses are for program-related purposes only
  • SMS communications are sent only with consent and in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to limit or revoke participation if these Terms are violated.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you choose to receive SMS or text messages from TMC™:

  • You agree to receive text messages to the mobile number you provide
  • Messages may include session reminders, schedule changes, or important program-related notifications
  • Message frequency may vary based on program participation
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your receipt of other communications (such as email) unless you separately opt out of those communications.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use

By using TMC™, you agree:

  • To behave respectfully in all sessions and communications
  • Not to disrupt, harass, or harm others
  • Not to misuse content, recordings, or community spaces

We reserve the right to remove participants or content that violates these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by TMC™, including:

  • Text, videos, slides, curriculum, and materials
  • Logos, branding, and trademarks

Is owned by or licensed to Teen Millionaires Club™ and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

TMC™ is provided “as is.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Financial results
  • Educational outcomes
  • Availability or uninterrupted access

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TMC™ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation
  • This includes financial loss, missed opportunities, or reliance on educational content

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so this section may not apply to you in full.

10. Privacy

Your use of TMC™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information and communications, including SMS messages. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of TMC™ after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TMC™ at any time if:

  • Participation becomes disruptive or unsafe
  • Required parental involvement is not present

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
